Our Rules and Good Use of the Apartments

-Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the apartments or in their entrances. Smoking is allowed outside, on the terraces and in the gardens.
-Pets are not allowed.
-The entrance is made after 14.00 and the departure before 11 H.

PLEASE

· Silence from 00:00 to 08:00 in the morning
· Correctly occupy the parking space assigned to each apartment
· Remember to turn off the access lights (ladder)
· Do not Use the Jacuzzi between 00:00 and 08:00 in the morning.
· Collect at night the mattresses on the loungers.
· Close the GATE of the car park at the entrance and at the exit
· Do not throw objects, compresses or sanitary towels through the WC · Use indispensable toilet paper.

The prices of Our Apartments
All our apartments are different from each other.

Both the superior apartment with terrace and the Attic-Loft have a large Jacuzzi.

They are designed for two people, there being in some cases the possibility of adding an extra bed.

There is a supplement from a third adult (15 euros per day).

The prices depend on the season of the stay as well as its duration and also vary on weekends.

The minimum period of stay is 2 nights, being in summer (from 10-June to October) the periods of stay of a minimum of 7 days (except for exceptions-always consult-).

THE DIRECT BOOKING WITH PLAYASONABIA, HAS A DISCOUNT. ALSO DISCOUNTS FOR STAYS OVER 7 DAYS.

Depending on the dates, you can contact us to see if it is possible modify the period of stay. Periods longer more than 10 days have a special discount.

There is a deposit (50, 100 or 200 euros-depending on the period and the stay-) that is returned at the end of the stay and return of the keys.
